The Legend of Hercules is a fantasy and historical action film that tells the story of Hercules, a young man and son of the god Zeus, who was born to be a warrior for the gods. He is castrated by his family and sent to serve as a soldier in foreign lands. He wants to return home and help his people. The only land with gods on his side is his own. The villagers rise up in revolt, unwilling to change their communal ways. Hercules must use his lone strength to defeat the ruling gods, and the hope of the villagers lies in him to overcome obstacles and return to his home.
